Digital technology has touched the lives of humans, and also greatly affects many industries
including the textile industry, not only on large-scale printing industry, but also in every aspect of conventional print production.
To print the graphic image data and Digital Print technology has been a great help in meeting the needs of every office and home (especially after the commencement of the use of digital cameras) and indeed the quality of prints from prints using this technology very well, such as ink-jet printer or digital printing can be defined as a process of duplicating a picture or design objects from digital format into a product application, the surface fibers of fabric, paper or plastic. Early digital print technology is widely used for printing paper industry, such as printing brochures, catalogs, magazines, newspapers, business cards, greeting cards or other printed paper. But now digital print technology is also much in use for producing textile fabrics.

The use of printing on fiber textile industry has about 25 years ago but this is limited to the carpet industry with the ability to translate the patterns are relatively low. Recently machine ink-jet printer used in conjunction with computer aided (CAD) software design, has become a tool that is able to prepare samples of textile design before the start of production.
However, a more sophisticated device in the format already used too much, the ink-jet digital printing machine, with a suitable ink refill, this has been heavily marketed and can produce prints with better quality and can be accepted, supported quality textile ink fastness.

Ink-Jet Printing is a non-contact printing that uses electrostatic acceleration and deflection of the ink particles released by small nozzles to form a pattern.

Such as Printing for Photography is a method of printing with rollers photo engraved. The resulting design looks like a photograph. The design can also be transferred to the screen used in screen printing.

Many other methods for producing molds,Pigment Printing: Printing using a paint pigment.
Pigment does not penetrate the fibers, but only on the surface of fabric with synthetic resin. Printing with this method is widely used by screen printing for t-shirt printing industry.
printing methods such as term approached by Screen Printing: A printing method similar to using a stencil. The display area will serve to eject ink pasta was forced by pressure is to use Rakel so the ink out through the screen are not treated until the ink onto the surface of the fabric on the bottom line with the existing design motif on the screen.
Unlike the methods used by other textile fabric industry,

such as Roller Printing-Rotary Screen Printing: Method for the Implementation of design for fabric, using a machine containing a series of cylindrical rollers engraved metal. Print color ink into the hole to press the roller and the ink pasta Rakel knife from the inside of the roller unengraved. Each roller is for one color with the design is complete, then the fabric passes between the rollers and rubber cylinders, each color in design is applied simultaneously. Most machines are equipped with eight roller, but some reach up to have sixteen rollers.

Other printing techniques are Directly Printing: A printing process which is to design the desired color is applied directly onto a white cloth or dyed. Such methods are also used by many textile industry traditional crafts, such as batik or batik tie dye or a printing method in which the design can be produced by closing the desired design using the term wax is called batik canting, then coloring or dyeing of cloth, but the design a closed wax will remain white while the rest of the dyed fabric, after the coloring process is complete and dry, the wax removed by immersing the entire cloth into boiling hot water, throw the wax on the fabric will repeat until the wax lasts up from the surface of the fabric.

In the traditional textile crafts industry often uses a method of Painting by Hand Coloring, the tool used is a brush, this method can indeed lower the production costs are cheaper, but has the exclusivity of the product compared to other products. Like a painting of a special function for textile products,
called painting Textile SurfaceDesign or Painting Textile Design. The materials used as media ranging from paper, cotton fabrics, silk fabrics, polyester fabrics, rayon fabrics, denim fabrics and other textile fabric types.

Many printing methods and techniques used in the textile industry, all the methods used to follow the conditions or the nature and types of materials that should require a compound between the properties of the ink used to the type of fabric or media. The advent of methods and ways of working to create a work of textile products do not always use a method that has been there before, it is due to many factors, such as: the ability and capacity of the company, or a factor to maintain the character of a more exclusive type of design if it uses the method-traditional manual method.

Innovation and invention in the printing method provides many varied options, so that also adds richness and character types of the textile industry, original crafts still be important in this part of the lifestyle, native crafts categories of textile products which are unique, exclusive and tend to have prices that follow from the creation process.

World market demand for textile products and textile fashion trends influence the development of continuous change, made many changes to the methods and means in the textile and fashion products, such as the method of Block Printing the printing of fabric by hand, repeatedly printing process using wood or linoleum blocks carved , or a method of Spotting Printing: A process by which the background color design is printed, not dyed.

A printing method Discharge or Heat Transfer Printing can process the polyester fabric or other thermoplastic fibers with disperse dyes. The design is made on transfer paper and then printed onto fabric using a hot press paper that led to design the switch to cloth. The method is capable of producing textile products is good and easy to do.

The motivation to create the appearance of a new textile products and fresh will lead to the emergence of new methods to produce textile products and a more unique fashion and quality.
Although many ways have been used that does not mean we cease to continue to seek and create techniques and better working methods and practical,"... immediately to start if the way it is acceptable and beneficial to the growth of textile industry...".
Stay creative-Thanks & Good Luck ....
